What types of products and services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of custom products and services including embroidery, etching/engraving, heat transfer vinyl, vinyl decals and stickers, and custom signs. Additionally, we specialize in unique personalized gifts for any occasion.

Customization Options

Can you customize the design?

Yes, we can customize the design for you at an additional cost. If you supply your design, please note that there may be a one-time fee for preparing the design for embroidery.

What are the available customization options?

We offer several customization options, including design customization, color options, font selection, material selection, size options, and placement on items. Additionally, we offer special finishes like glow-in-the-dark, reflective, or textured vinyl.

Design Customization:

  • Artwork Submission: You can submit your own artwork or designs for customization.
  • Design Modification: You may request changes to existing designs to match your preferences regarding colors, shapes, or text.
  • Designed for you: You can describe what you are looking for, and one of our designers will create the design for you at an additional cost.

Color Options:

Depending on the customization method, you can choose from a variety of colors for your designs. This applies particularly to embroidery threads, vinyl colors, and heat transfer materials.

Font Options:

For personalized text or monograms, you can choose from a range of fonts. These fonts can vary in style, size, and sometimes even include specialty fonts for specific themes or occasions.

Material Selection:

Different customization methods often offer various material choices:

  • Embroidery: Various thread types, colors, and textures.
  • Engraving/Etching: Different metals or materials like wood, glass, or acrylic.
  • Heat Transfer: Different types of vinyl or heat transfer materials suitable for different fabrics.
  • Vinyl: Different types and finishes of vinyl, including matte, glossy, or specialty textures like glitter or metallic.

Size Options:

You can choose the size of your design or text, depending on the product and customization method. This ensures the design fits well on the intended item without overwhelming or being too small.

Placement on Item:

You can specify WHERE on the item you want the customization to be placed. This could be on the front, back, sleeve, pocket, or other areas depending on the product and customization method.

Additional Customization Features:

  • Special Finishes: can include glow-in-the-dark vinyl, reflective vinyl, or textured vinyl options.

Orders and Payments

What is the turnaround time for custom orders?

Our typical turnaround time is two weeks, depending on our current workload. If you have a specific deadline, we can often accommodate it with a rush fee to expedite your project.

How much will my project cost?

The cost varies depending on the project, timeline, materials, and quantity required. Please contact us or submit a quote request to discuss your project and get a rough estimate.

Do you require a deposit for orders?

Yes, for bulk orders (10 items or more), a deposit of 50% is due at the time of order. The remaining amount is due when you pick up your order. For small orders, the total will be due when you pick up.

Can I see a proof/sample before final production?

Yes, we always provide a proof before beginning work on your final project. We will send you a visual proof via text message or email, allowing you to respond with any changes or approval.

Materials and Files

Will you be supplying the material or will you need us to order something for you?

You can choose to supply the material, or we can order the materials for you. Please specify your preference when submitting your quote request.

What types of files can I upload for my project?

We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, and AI file formats. Please ensure your files are high-resolution for the best results.

Rewards Program

Do you have a rewards program?
Yes, we have a rewards program to help you save money in-store! For every $1 you spend, you get 1 point. When you reach 100 points, you get $10 off your purchase. All we need is your phone number to sign up.

Additional Questions

Do you ship orders?

Currently, we do not offer shipping for orders. All orders must be picked up at our store locations.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes, we offer competitive bulk and wholesale pricing for large orders. Please contact our Oakbrook location to discuss your needs and get a personalized quote.
